If people tell you the West End is up and coming, we have to beg to differ—this neighborhood is already there. Featuring Portsmouth’s only downtown supermarket and more than a handful of excellent places to nosh – plus three breweries at last count—what more could you ask for? How about a place to smash objects, splash paint, and hatch an escape plan? Yep. Some might say: The West End is the Best End.
