Dance Date at Salsa Secrets
Bring your partner or bestie for our romantic bachata dance date night. You’ll learn a basic bachata partnering routine, share the evening together and finish with a champagne toast!
This choreography will be geared toward beginner dancers and brand new if you attended one of our previous date nights. No experience is necessary.

Married singer-songwriters Halley Neal and Sam Robbins bring their trademark warmth, harmony, and storytelling to The Music Hall Lounge this Valentine’s Day for a special evening of love song duets.
Both acclaimed artists in their own right, Halley — an award-winning folk songwriter known for her uplifting, heartfelt performances — and Sam — a nationally touring “old soul” troubadour with a timeless, James Taylor–esque sound — create something truly magical when they share a stage.

Valentine’s Dance Party
Sunday, February 8, 1–3pm
Come celebrate Valentine’s Day at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire with special musical guest, Mr. Aaron! Come play in the museum exhibits, make special Valentine’s Day themed crafts, and join in a dance party from 2:00–2:30pm with award-winning children’s musician Mr. Aaron. Tickets must be reserved in advance, and regular discounts do not apply for this special event. Space is limited! Ticket prices are $12 for Members and $18 for non-members. Museum Maker Club: Valentine’s Day!
Tuesday, February 10 (one class), 3:30–4:30pm
Join the Museum Maker Club at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in Dover! This program is for grades K–3, and is offered monthly with different themes each time. Our February theme is Valentine’s Day and students will celebrate through fun experiments, games, and art projects! Each session includes a take home art or engineering project. Museum Maker Club is a drop-off program, though we welcome grown-ups to stay nearby or in the building during class time. Maker Club will be held in our STEAM Lab—please note that the museum is closed to the public on Tuesday afternoons. Cost is $15/child for Members; $18/child for Non-Members. Try our popular Junior Science class at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire with this special one-class sampler! Interested families and returning scientists can try out Junior Science and see if it is a good fit. Junior scientists (ages 3.5–5 years old) will join this 45 minute class and enjoy a story and a fun science experiment related to each month’s theme. This class will be held in our Large Classroom, and families with siblings may opt to play on the second floor during the class time—please note that the museum is closed to the public on Mondays. Join us at the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery on Valentine’s Day from 2-4pm for a screen printing event to benefit Project Relief ME.
Here’s how it works:
Attendees should bring a shirt, hoodie, tote etc (maximum of 5 items!)
Make a suggested donation of $10/item
Choose from 3 designs and we’ll walk you through the printing & drying process
You’ll leave with an upcycled item, and the knowledge that your creativity helped support our Maine neighbors. RSVP at this link so we can estimate for supplies.
